About us

PaySociety (PS) is soon to incorporate, and will launch its own proprietary Global Payment Network & Associated Services. These new payment solutions will transform the daily payments, including shopping, restaurants, hotels, petrol stations, internet payments, payments for your business, sending funds overseas, by providing transactions which are secure, faster, and at lower cost. Following receipt of appropriate financial licenses, we anticipate a phased launch such that our Global Payment Network will enable associated services at phase 1 covering more than 30 countries, and with further phases reaching up to 70 countries.

We're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. You must be a people person, team-worker and independent professional, who has a proven track of managing end to end recruiting processes and get stuff done.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting for our different departments (Operations, Business, Tech),
  • End to end recruiting including scanning CV's, conducting phone interviews, face to face interviews, reference checks, and contracts,
  • Implementing and utilizing effective sourcing tools and advertising on social networks to attract highly qualified candidates and positively promote and grow PaySociety's employer brand,
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and support them during recruiting process,
  • Working independently on your positions end to end while supporting the other recruiting team members when needed,
  • Being a part of our HR department and recruiting team, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out of the box way.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in recruiting:- especially in Senior Professional Candidates - a must.
  • Very high level of English- a must.
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Be a self-starter

Not a must but a great advantage

  • Proven working experiences as International Recruitment Agency
  • Sourcing experience with different tools - a big advantage
  • Experience with promoting positions on Social networks
  • Experience working within organization (preferably Hi-tech company)
